What is the private terminal (FBO) experience like?
FBO stands for Fixed Base Operator — a private terminal separate from the main airport. You arrive by car directly to the terminal, are greeted by staff, and bypass all public check-in, security queues, and baggage carousels entirely. Your luggage is loaded directly onto the aircraft. From kerb to cabin typically takes under 10 minutes. It's the part of private aviation that surprises first-timers the most.
Is catering provided on board?

How does TisaJets make money?
We earn a brokerage commission from the operator, which is already included in the price you're quoted. We never add invisible margins on top of what the operator charges. Can I get a quote without committing to a booking?

Do I still need a passport for private flights within Europe?
For flights within the Schengen Area, you technically only need a national ID card (for EU citizens), but we always recommend carrying your passport. For flights outside the Schengen Area — including the UK — a passport is required. How early do I need to arrive at the airport?
